We use the seasonal products harvested in the district and combine them with other products from the area, such as sausages from Estamariu, apples from Alàs and cheeses and butter from Cadí. In season we have wild mushrooms, including truffles, which we harvest in abundance from the woods around us. The wood-fired oven gives that special flavour which you can appreciate in many of our dishes.
